Stéphanie Legault, RPN
Founder & CEO | Aesthetic Nurse Injector
Stéphanie Legault, RPN is a Registered Practical Nurse, advanced aesthetic injector, and the founder of Keraderm—a premium medical aesthetics and wellness clinic dedicated to natural, refined results.
With over 7 years of diverse healthcare experience, Stéphanie’s clinical foundation spans primary care family practice, Med-Surg, and Complex Continuing Care. This rigorous medical background, combined with intensive training in non-surgical cosmetic medicine, allows her to approach aesthetics with meticulous clinical precision and an artistic eye for balance.
Since founding Keraderm in 2021, Stéphanie has built a reputation for delivering subtle, elegant enhancements. Known for her warmth and exceptional communication, she has a natural ability to make every client feel like a priority, explaining treatments clearly so they feel comfortable, safe, and supported.
Originally from Rigaud, Quebec, Stéphanie now lives in St-Isidore, Ontario. When she isn’t staying at the forefront of aesthetic medicine through continuous education, you can find her outdoors camping, side-by-side riding, on the water via Sea-Doo, or country line dancing on Tuesday nights.
Sarah Arsenault, NP
Nurse Practitioner | Medical Director
Sarah Arsenault is a highly accomplished Nurse Practitioner and the Medical Director at Keraderm, bringing over two decades of elite clinical and aesthetic expertise to the team.
Sarah graduated with honors from McMaster University in 2005 with a Bachelor of Science in Nursing. She began her career in the operating room, specializing in cardiac, vascular, and plastic surgery. This rigorous surgical foundation developed her exceptional precision, safety-first philosophy, and profound mastery of facial anatomy. Driven by a passion for advanced practice, she returned to McMaster to earn her Master of Science in Nursing and Primary Health Care Nurse Practitioner degree in 2010.
Her rich, diverse background spans emergency medicine, primary care, and specialized community health, instilling a deeply holistic, patient-centered approach to everything she does. Since expanding into aesthetic medicine in 2011, Sarah has dedicated herself to mastering the global vanguard of non-surgical rejuvenation.
She has completed elite international training across North America and Europe under world-renowned industry leaders—including Dr. Sebastian Cotofana, Dr. Steven Harris, and Dr. Chris Surek. Her advanced clinical education includes specialized cadaver anatomy courses, facial ultrasound for maximum patient safety, and master lip and facial reshaping programs.
An expert injector, Sarah specializes in botulinum toxin, dermal fillers, and advanced biostimulators like Sculptra and Radiesse. Her signature approach prioritizes harmony, balance, and subtle elegance, delivering natural facial reshaping and youthful restoration.
Recognized as a leading voice in her field, Sarah also serves as a peer-to-peer trainer for Galderma, actively shaping and educating the next generation of aesthetic medical professionals.
Vanessa Gagné
Nurse Practitioner, NP-PHC | Functional Wellness
With over 12 years of diverse healthcare experience, Nurse Practitioner Vanessa Gagné blends deep clinical expertise with a compassionate, patient-first approach. She specializes in creating an open, comfortable environment where patients can confidently address complex wellness and hormonal concerns.
Vanessa holds a Bachelor’s in Nursing (2014) and a Master’s Degree through the Nurse Practitioner Program (2019) from the University of Ottawa. Her robust background includes high-acuity care in the Montfort Hospital ICU, long-term care, social pediatrics, and independent practice. Alongside her role at Keraderm MedSpa, she supports the Centre Communautaire de l’Estrie, the Virtual Triage Assessment Centre in Bourget, and leading telehealth platforms like Maple and KixCare.
At Keraderm, Vanessa leads the Functional Wellness division, specializing in hormone optimization, metabolic health, and preventative care. She directs the clinic’s Bioidentical Hormone Replacement Therapy (BHRT) and Weight Loss Support Programs, utilizing personalized, evidence-backed strategies. To further elevate her practice, Vanessa completed advanced integrative health and hormone training under Dr. Sylvie Demers in March 2026.
Vanessa is celebrated by her patients for making complex medicine feel manageable and making everyone feel genuinely heard.
A resident of Casselman, Vanessa loves spending time with her two sons, Liam and Mika. She is an avid athlete who enjoys hockey, running, and road cycling—putting the rest of us to shame as we just try to survive a single treadmill session.
Natasha
Bookkeeper & Financial Controller | Clinic Operations
Natasha is the Bookkeeper & Financial Controller at Keraderm MedSpa. Based in St-Isidore and originally from Embrun, she brings over 9 years of accounting experience to the team. She is widely known for her sharp organizational skills, efficiency, and dedication to helping businesses build solid financial foundations—acting as the glamorous backbone of the business by making sure the numbers are never actively on fire.
Behind the scenes, Natasha plays a vital role in ensuring Keraderm MedSpa’s operations remain structured, organized, and financially efficient. She has a natural ability to make complex financial processes feel approachable, explaining everything in a way that is clear, supportive, and easy to understand. She consistently ensures both clients and team members feel comfortable and confident.
Outside of work, Natasha loves outdoor activities, meaningful conversations with friends, and spending quality time with her family. She is always looking for opportunities to grow both personally and professionally while expanding her knowledge in different areas of life.
Natasha currently lives in St-Isidore and loves being involved in her community, which includes hitting the floor for country line dancing every Tuesday. Small-town Ontario truly runs on accountants, coffee, and community centers with dancing boots squeaking on hardwood floors.
